At SpeakOrder, we are committed to offering clear and fair payment terms across all subscription plans available through our application, Speak Order. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing or using any of our services.
1. Pay As You Go (PAYG) Plan
- Billing Cycle: Invoices are generated every 90 minutes of voice usage.
- Card Validation: A nominal charge of ₹1 + 18% GST is applied at the time of card registration to validate payment details. This amount does not count toward usage and is refundable upon cancellation or change of plan.
- Invoice Due Date: Each invoice is payable within 3 days from the date of generation.
- Service Interruption: Failure to pay within the due date will lead to automatic service suspension until the outstanding invoice is settled.
- Refunds: No refunds will be issued except in cases of system errors or incorrect charges. Refunds are not applicable for usage already incurred. For any billing discrepancies, please contact our support team within 5 days of invoice issuance.
2. Prepaid Bundle Plan
- Payment Terms: Users must prepay for a fixed number of voice minutes.
- Usage: Voice minutes are deducted in real time as you use the service.
- Validity: Prepaid minutes remain valid until they are fully used.
- Refunds: No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used prepaid minutes.
3. Monthly Subscription Plan
- Billing Cycle: Charged monthly in advance, on the same date each month.
- Auto-Renewal: The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 3 days before the next billing date.
- Voice Limit: Includes 250 minutes/month.
- Overage Charges: If usage exceeds 250 minutes in a billing cycle, an additional invoice will be generated for the extra minutes, charged at the overage rate specified on our website.
- Cancellation:
- You may cancel the subscription at any time.
- The plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle or until the 250-minute usage limit is reached – whichever comes first.
- No refunds will be issued for unused minutes or mid-cycle cancellations.
Technical Payment Issues
If you face any technical issues during payment, such as:
- Incorrect Charges
- System Errors
- Gateway Timeouts
- Unconfirmed Transactions

General Terms
- All payments are processed through secure and verified gateways.
- Applicable taxes will be added as per Indian tax laws, based on our company’s registered location.
- Chargebacks without prior support communication may result in account suspension.
